Online Social Media Manager

Biotronik AG, a leading medical technology company based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and cooperation skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
