Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with our online community - Create and manage social media content across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1 year of experience in social media management or marketing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus
