Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time PR Associate to join our team at Sika AG in Lausanne, Switzerland. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful, with strong people management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation - Writing and editing press releases, articles, and other communication materials - Building and maintaining relationships with the media, stakeholders, and influencers - Planning and executing PR events, campaigns, and initiatives - Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and preparing reports - Collaborating with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Handling crisis communications and managing issues as they arise

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends - Experience with media relations and crisis communication
