Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic PR Associate to join our team at XPO Logistics in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in shaping our public image and enhancing our brand reputation.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement PR strategies to promote XPO Logistics and its services. 2. Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. 3. Cultivate relationships with members of the media and secure coverage for the company. 4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to management. 5. Assist with crisis communications and reputation management efforts. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. 7. Participate in events, conferences, and other PR opportunities to raise awareness of XPO Logistics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in PR, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. 3. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 5. Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. 6. Adaptable and able to pivot strategies based on changing circumstances. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.
