Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a dedicated and adaptable PR Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field of public relations and communication. The PR Associate will be responsible for supporting the PR team in various tasks, including drafting press releases, media monitoring, conducting research, coordinating events, and assisting with social media management.

Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials - Monitor media coverage and create reports for the PR team - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and media contacts - Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events, including press conferences and media interviews - Support social media management efforts, including content creation and engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Provide general administrative support to the PR team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a public relations or communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Personality traits: dedicated, adaptable - Soft skills: presentation, negotiation
