Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team at Estee Lauder in Basel, CH. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and curate compelling content, manage social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate high-quality content for social media channels - Manage social media channels, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages - Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs to optimize social media campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Driven and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Strong research skills to stay up-to-date on industry trends - Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
