Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Southern is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and manage content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new features and technologies into social media strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent multitasking and time management abilities - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus
