Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Darden Restaurants is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our restaurant locations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve social media strategies - Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field - Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for social media marketing - Strong teamwork and adaptability skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
