Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner - Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products and services - Research and identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Experience in working with remote teams is a plus
