Remote Social Media Manager

Southwest Airlines is seeking a part-time Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, we are looking for a reliable and confident individual with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus - Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus
