Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Cameron International is seeking a dedicated and independent Social Media Manager to work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the company's website. As an Associate Level position, a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management is required.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall company objectives - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Personality Traits: - Dedicated to achieving results and meeting goals - Independent and able to work effectively in a remote environment

Soft Skills: - Negotiation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize social media strategies
