Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to work remotely from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, reliable, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Provide regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders - Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
