Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Helvetia Insurance. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in social media management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Monitor social media metrics and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing and implement best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives - Manage social media advertising budget and optimize campaign performance - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a corporate setting - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Driven and independent mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Knowledge of insurance industry trends is a plus
