Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Ball is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and driving engagement with our online community.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website - Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activity with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and recommend new strategies to reach our target audience - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand our online presence

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Energetic and passionate about social media and digital marketing - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with external partners - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
