Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Hormel Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner - Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent communication and writing skills - Motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for social media - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
