ASAP: Part-Time Nanny for Two Children - Vésenaz

About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family based in Vésenaz is looking for an experienced and reliable nanny to help care for their two young children: a daughter aged 2.5 years (turning 3 in July), and a baby boy aged 3 months.

Schedule:

Weekly hours: Approximately 20-25 hours/week
Exact hours to be confirmed with the family depending on availability and flexibility.

• Monday: Afternoon (approx. 15:00–19:00 or 14:30–19:30)
• Tuesday: Morning (approx. 8:30–12:30 or 8:30–13:30)
• Wednesday: Full day (combination of morning and afternoon)
• Thursday: Afternoon (approx. 15:00–19:00 or 14:30–19:30)
• Friday: Morning (approx. 8:30–12:30 or 8:30–13:30)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for both children
• Support the baby’s routine (feeding, naps, diaper changes, stimulation, tummy time)
• Plan and engage the toddler in educational, creative and outdoor activities
• Prepare simple meals or snacks for the children
• Maintain cleanliness and order in children’s spaces (playroom, bedroom, kitchen)
• Support the family in maintaining a calm, nurturing home environment
• Accompany the family on short outings or park visits when needed
• Communicate clearly and regularly with the parents

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with both toddlers and infants

• Proven experience with similar ages (under 1 year and preschool age)
• Checkable references from previous nanny or childcare roles
• Driving license (comfortable driving in Switzerland)
• Valid EU passport or Swiss work permit (must be eligible to work in Switzerland)
• Confident, warm, patient, and organized
• Fluent in English
