MÃ¶chtest du deine analytischen und technischen FÃ¤higkeiten bei einem fÃ¼hrenden Schweizer VermÃ¶gensverwalter unter Beweis stellen? In dieser Rolle gestaltest du aktiv die digitale Transformation eines etablierten Finanzdienstleisters mit: Du analysierst komplexe Provisionsprozesse, deckst Optimierungspotenziale auf und entwickelst eine massgeschneiderte Automatisierungsstrategie. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Fachexperten zusammen und erhÃ¤ltst einzigartige Einblicke in die Prozesslandschaft eines renommierten Wealth Management -Unternehmens. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Impact und ebnet den Weg fÃ¼r nachhaltige Effizienzsteigerungen.

Requirements

Hintergrund in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtung
Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse und -modellierung (idealerweise mit BPMN)
Kenntnisse von AutomatisierungslÃ¶sungen (z.B. n8n, Zapier, RPA -Tools) oder starkes Interesse, diese zu erlernen
Analytisches DenkvermÃ¶gen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Mindset
AusgeprÃ¤gte KommunikationsfÃ¤higkeiten fÃ¼r Stakeholder -Interviews auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
Erfahrung mit IT -Anforderungsmanagement von Vorteil
Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
