B2B Customer Service Representative (Part Time or Full Time)

We are looking for a motivated B2B Customer Service Representative to join our team in Zürich. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our B2B cleaning services, serving as the central link between our corporate clients and our field team.

Your responsibilities

• Client & Agent Communication: Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients and cleaning staff via phone and email.
• Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate cleaning schedules, accommodate client changes, and find quick replacements for last-minute absences or emergencies.
• Quality & Incident Management: Address client feedback or complaints constructively and work closely with Field Coordination to maintain service standards.
• System Operations: Keep client records, schedule logs, and ticketing systems accurate and up to date in real time.
• Process Improvement: Spot recurring operational bottlenecks and suggest practical ways to improve service quality.

• Completed Commercial Apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Grundbildung / KV EFZ) or equivalent education (e.g., secondary/higher diploma in hospitality or retail)
• Fluent Swiss German or High German (C1/C2 required for daily client communication; Swiss German dialect understanding is a strong plus). Good working knowledge of English (B2). French is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and comfortable driving a manual car.
• Quick-thinking, resilient under pressure, and inherently solution-oriented when unexpected disruptions arise.
• Comfortable working with modern computer systems, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.
