Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, discrete, and proactive Executive Assistant (Part-Time, 40-60%) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. In this role, you will work closely with executives to manage their schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure that administrative and organizational matters are efficiently managed.
You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly and that priorities are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs before they arise.
