Job Description - IT Delivery Manager Documents Management (m,w,d)

IT Delivery Manager – Documents Management (m,w,d) – 100%, Zürich/Hybrid

Project: For our client in the Insurance field we are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager.

For the implementation phase of a significant project, we seek an individual with extensive experience in document management. This role requires a blend of IT expertise and business acumen. The position is for a 6-month period, commencing immediately.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of document management activities within the project.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define document management requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Implement best practices for document creation, storage, retrieval, and version control.

Manage document repositories and systems, ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide strategic guidance on document management strategies and technologies.

Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in document management, with a strong IT background.

Experience in (international) large-scale projects

Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working on international large-scale projects, preferably in the financial services industry.

Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical requirements.

Languages:

German – Fluent (spoken and written)

English – Fluent (spoken and written)
