Part-time Nanny in Champel, Geneva

We are seeking a kind, caring, and reliable nanny to look after a 3-year-old child in Champel, Geneva. The ideal candidate will have a modern, gentle approach to childcare, aligned with positive parenting principles (no punishments or time-outs). The nanny should be nurturing, patient, and engaging, and comfortable working in a household with a dog.

Availability: ASAP

Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 16h00 - 19h00
• Wednesday: 09h00 - 19h00

Responsibilities

• Caring for the child and planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
• Preparing and serving snacks or simple meals
• Ensuring the child’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being at all times
• Helping with light household tasks related to the child
• Tidying up play areas, washing dishes, cleaning up after meals, and light laundry
• Taking the child out for walks and helping with the dog when needed

• Holds a valid European passport or Swiss work permit
• Speaks French or English
• Has experience caring for young children
• Is gentle, patient, and uses a positive, modern approach to childcare
• Is reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Is comfortable around animals, the family have a dog
• Is available to start as soon as possible (ASAP)
