Job Description - Production Technician (Testing) - Part-time (50-60%)

Your mission

Carry out consistent, high-precision electronic and/or photonic testing for rapid prototyping
Collaborate closely with process engineers in daily planning
Assist with quality control and data processing
Update technical documentation and workflows
Maintain laboratory safety and cleanliness, including identifying and reporting issues

Your profile

Technical education/apprenticeship in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, system engineering or similar, or work experience as production technician, physics/electronics laboratory assistant, or similar
Hands-on experience with electronic or photonic testing setups
Keen on hands-on detail work in a laboratory setting

Preferred experiences:

Working with electro-optical measurements and/or assembly, e.g. building setups, executing test programs
Working in a prototyping / small-scale production line
Basic skills in at least one of the following: programming, statistics and data analysis, 3D design/CAD software
Experience working in a high-paced, cross-functional start-up environment
Good conduct of at least one of the following: English, German
Valid work permit or Swiss/EU citizenship
