Requirements Engineer

Solid understanding of IT systems and software evaluation processes

Experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a similar role is a plus

Excellent communication skills (German required)

Ability to empathise with healthcare staff and other stakeholders to capture requirements effectively

Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and structured presentation (e.g., requirement catalogues, user stories, prioritizations)

Experience conducting tool/market analyses and providing solution recommendations is a plus.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently without close supervision

Flexibility to work mostly remote with some on-site visits with the stakeholders

Flexible remote work with occasional on-site meetings
