Sales Assistant (m/w/d) (Stundenbasis bevorzug Samstags)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant for our store in the heart of Zurich.
    •    Welcoming customers with friendliness and professionalism while providing expert advice
    •    Presenting and showcasing our high-quality products
    •    Supporting sales transactions and handling customer inquiries
    •    Ensuring attractive product displays in the store
    •    Assisting with inventory management and organizing the stockroom
    •    Packing and shipping customer orders
    •    Performing minor repairs on handbags and assisting customers with simple fixes
    •    Actively supporting events and special promotions in the store

•    Passion for sales and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
    •    Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor
    •    Interest in fashion, especially in high-quality leather goods and handbags
    •    Flexibility regarding work schedules and tasks
    •    Team spirit and a structured, solution-oriented approach
    •    Well-groomed appearance and confident, professional behavior
    •    Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
    •    Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Working hours are flexible; however, your availability on Saturdays is particularly important. Occasional evening shifts (until approximately 8 PM) or additional weekend shifts may also be required.
