Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

NiSource is seeking a motivated and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company through strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies - Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities - Prepare and present reports on business development progress and opportunities - Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements - Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
