XPO Logistics is seeking a motivated and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Basel, Switzerland. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities - Assist in generating leads and prospecting new clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective business development strategies - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth strategies - Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives - Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role is preferred - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confidence in networking and building professional relationships - Fluency in English and German is required
