Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team at CMS Energy. This is a remote part-time position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development opportunities for the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential business opportunities - Develop relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to create business proposals and presentations - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company - Track and report on business development activities and results - Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Passion for driving business growth and development - Energetic and proactive approach to work - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
