Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Navistar International is seeking a passionate and reliable Business Development Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business opportunities.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic business plans. 4. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products and services. 5. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. 6. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong project management and organizational skills. 4. Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Fluent in English and German.
