Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and cold calling. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. Develop and present proposals and pitches to key stakeholders. 4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 7. Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits. 6. Previous experience in business development or sales. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
