Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Mosaic, a leading company in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and dedicated individual with strong critical thinking and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships. 2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. Develop sales strategies and pitches to drive business growth. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials. 5. Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and presentations. 6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 7. Assist in the development of business plans and strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1+ years of experience in business development or sales. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. 7. Must be willing to travel for business meetings and events.
