DKSH is seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Associate to join our team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will possess strong adaptability and attention to detail, along with a passion for business development and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities: - Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis - Develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to drive business partnerships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote DKSH's products and services - Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to negotiate and close business deals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluent in English and French
