Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Lincoln National in Zurich, CH. As a part-time Associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development.

Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue - Collaborate with team members to create tailored solutions for clients - Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record in business development - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and self-motivated - Innovative thinker with strong presentation skills
