Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at AutoNation, located in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and new markets - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement business development strategies - Participate in networking events and conferences to expand the company's presence - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch new ideas and products - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials - Track and report on business development initiatives and outcomes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales - Confident and energetic personality - Strong persuasion and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
