Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Fiserv, a leading global provider of financial services technology, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business expansion. 4. Assist in negotiation and closing of deals with clients. 5. Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry developments. 6. Provide support in developing proposals and presentations for prospective clients. 7. Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the success of business development efforts.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: We are looking for a reliable and resourceful individual who can take initiative and think creatively to drive business growth. 2. Soft skills: Strong research skills to identify new opportunities and effective negotiation skills to close deals. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
