Business Development Associate

Job Description:

CHS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and adaptability. Additionally, strong soft skills such as planning and cooperation are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and pitch presentations - Help streamline sales processes and improve efficiency - Assist in developing strategies to increase revenue and market share - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Monitor and report on progress towards sales targets - Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
