Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Ameren in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion initiatives. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's market presence. 2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth. 4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. 6. Present business proposals and pitches to potential clients. 7. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 4. Adaptable and motivated with a passion for driving business development initiatives. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to travel as needed.
