Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field with a strong background in sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to maximize opportunities for collaboration - Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective marketing and sales campaigns - Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives - Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and results - Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent research and project management skills - Reliable and independent personality traits are a must
