Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets - Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and plans - Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients - Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders - Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in the development of proposals and pricing strategies - Provide general administrative support to the business development team

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow - Energetic and motivated attitude - People management and cooperation skills - No prior experience required
