Job Description:

Tractor Supply is seeking a passionate and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Researching and identifying potential business opportunities - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders - Generating leads and following up on potential clients - Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth - Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets - Providing excellent customer service to clients and partners - Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Self-motivated and results-oriented
