Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Hilti AG is seeking a passionate and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, and is at an Associate Level requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and strategizing ways to grow our company's market presence. You will also be tasked with conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing innovative strategies to drive sales and revenue.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients - Develop and implement strategies to grow market share - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Monitor and report on sales performance - Attend networking events and industry conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Decision-making and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
