Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Southwest Airlines is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for Southwest Airlines - Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and present proposals to potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and motivation to succeed in a remote work environment - Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
