Job Description:

WEC Energy Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving online business growth and development initiatives for our company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential online business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to expand our online presence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze online sales performance to identify areas for improvement - Build relationships with online partners and vendors - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Provide regular reports on online business development activities and results

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online business development or a related role - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strong persuasion skills - Excellent research skills - Experience with online marketing tools and analytics platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
