Manage your own team Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of digital projects in collaboration with internal teams. Spearhead the integration, onboarding, and training of CRM systems. Monitor and guide the inbound marketing strategy with the team. Facilitate communication within the team, ensuring alignment with tasks and strategies. Craft engaging proposals based on strategies for new leads or prospects. Manage the sales cycle, including follow-ups on pending leads.   **Your Profile**   Thai National, Bilingual, or Foreigners under BOI (Thai - Eng) with relevant visa qualifications. A minimum of 5 years (for foreigners) or 3 years (for Thai nationals) of experience in sales, digital marketing, or project management. A robust ambition to grow with a start-up and contribute to its success. Ability to thrive in an international team setting. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. A sharp, analytical, and creative mindset with a customer-oriented approach. Eagerness to master digital marketing and project management.   **Bonus Points**   Experience in account management and client-focused solutions. Proven negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
