[Job summary]
- Respinsible for supporting sales team and Accounting tasks
- Organising and storing paperwork,documents and computer-based information
- Coordinate with customers about Order & Delivery by telephone and E-mail
- Issue invoice, PO, Quotation and prepare documents
- Prepare and participate Sales weekly report
- To do other tasks as assigned

Requirement

- Female/ 25-35 years old (negotiable)
- At least 1 year experience of Sales Assistant or Sales coordinator work
- Conversational English skill (negotiable)
- Able to commute to work by yourself (can use car/motercycle)


- Having basic knowledge of Accounting
