- Responsible for Compensation & Benefit.
- Ensure wages, personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund
- Key in new employees data into internal database
- Give knowledge and promote related Co. rule & regulation, health insurance, taxes, social security fund and provident fund
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing
- Prepare report and support management
