Job Description This role reports to the Thailand Marketing Manager. Retail Marketing Activation Champion, develop, manage, and execute the retail strategy for Fresh in Thailand through retail calendar planning, launch campaigns, and trade promotions by door/retailers. Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan, including promotion, animation partnerships, consumer activations, hospitality, and retail collaterals. Conceptualize and execute engaging, impactful mall and store activations. Be the key marketing liaison for channel partners in Thailand. Prepare and consolidate all omni-channel marketing and CRM reports for regional and global reporting. Implement a Door-by-Door plan for events and promotions, focusing efforts on key doors. Responsible for budget management for the omni channel marketing. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and the retail team to align, plan, and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans, and activations before, during, and after animation. E-Talier Channel Marketing Manage and execute the e-tailer marketing calendar by planning online launches and trade promotions by door/retailers. Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan, including promotion, animation partnerships, consumer activations, hospitality, and retail collaterals. Execute seamless concerted O-2-O strategies and communication executions from collaterals and artworks for social channel usage. Communicate effectively with all e-tailer channel partners and internal stakeholders to align, plan, and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans, and activations before, during, and after animation. CRM and Loyalty Management Strategise and build a Thailand CRM plan that will accelerate recruitment and deepen channel customer development through a CRM program and activations. Effectively analyze CRM data and the effectiveness of programs or activations to derive insights for future action plans. Own, drive, and manage all CRM communication (calendar, SMS, artworks), activations, and redemptions. Manage Adobe Campaign and liaison with Regional AC team to facilitate communications journey and guest activations. Partner with regional and IT for CRM WinPos integration. Prepare monthly CRM analysis, reporting, and campaign analysis. Collaborate with external partners on partner rewards focused on driving recruitment. Manage CRM-related consumer inquiries – Fresh Reward Points, Member Tiers, Gift Redemptions, etc. Plan and orchestrate CRM Events—partner with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth execution of the events and the achievement of event objectives. Others Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations, offline and online, at all times. Lead and manage the flow of product registration in Thailand to ensure timely registration. Lead the product code creation for omni animations. Responsible for budget management for the Thailand Channel Marketing budgets and partnering with the Marketing Manager to ensure accuracy and spend ROI. Partner with the brief creative team to ensure timely asset brief, adaptation, and delivery for chat & shop, retailer, CRM, and e-tailer campaigns. Qualifications Degree in Marketing/Business Studies At least four years of marketing experience in the beauty industry or FMCG is preferred. Experience in luxury beauty will be a plus. A people-focused, committed team player with strong communication skills. Creativity is driven to think out of the box. Meticulous with a strong analytical and business-driven mind Strong ability to multi-task, project management skills, and time management ability. A good communicator and strong at collaborative partnerships. Independent, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. A good eye for detail and a strong passion for beauty. Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
