Position To promote the FENDI brand, thus business through the implementation of effective marketing and communications programs in Thailand.Strategize the brand development/initiatives in Thailand, aligning with local and departments in the zone office under global brand guideline and parameters.Act as the key marketing representative in Thailand to lead relationship with key external stakeholders such as journalists, celebrities, influencers, agencies & to establish a strong network for cross leverage. Profile Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Marketing Direct supervision of marketing and communications activities for Thailand.Budget management and monitoring of all expenses related to marketing and communications.Coordination of activities with all local departments, retail boutiques and regional communications team.Strategize and develop client recruitment activities in tandem with retail boutiques.Ensuring all brand executions in the market respect brand guidelines and processesLiaise and strategize with Retailer Marketing teams to uplift visibility and traffic to boutiques within malls Press/ PR Strategize and oversee all PR activities and editorial coverage (online and offline) and local PR agency deliverables, ensuring editorial ranking hitting pre-set target for tracked titles.Management of external PR agency and where relevant, internal internPlan and coordinate in-store animations and events, aligning with local teams (Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Retail), Regional communications dept, and retail team under theme of collection and global guideline.Strategize & coordinate brand events where relevant, to drive maximum brand awareness.Build and maintain professional relationships with key media, online & offline, as well as celebrity/KOL to maximize positive publicity according to the brand vision and initiatives. Media Supervise local media agency to effectively plan and oversee all print media advertising, as well as advertising opportunities within FENDI retail network in Thailand (OOH).Liaise with Regional Digital team to keep across all Digital activities.Working with the Regional communications team to define media selection and planning.Ensure consistency of visuals selection in line with guidelines from regional office.Manage media budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity for Thailand. Event ManagementPlan & execute product launches, PR and in-store events in line with the brand guidelines and objectives Additional information The position requires an individual who works well in changing environment, fast and dynamic. Minimum 5 years of related experience in Marketing & Communication; preferably in high end luxury goods industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, good atResult and detail oriented.Familiarity with media scene and market dynamicsExperience in digital PR/social media PR a plusPR savvy and have good journalistic instincts, strong relationship with key titlesPro-active, creative and willing to think "outside the box"High energy individual who thrives working in a fast paced and evolving organization.Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision and/orExcellent command in written and spoken English
