You’ll get to: Lead sales activities to achieve sales targets within the automotive segment.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Conduct RFQ study, techno-commercial offer submission, negotiate and close agreements with customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Liaise with and work alongside sales and engineers.Offer feedback on future product development, features, and functions.Prepare action plans for direct reports.Conduct research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Implement action plans for penetration into new markets with demos/trials/technical presentations.Follow requirements/participate and support activities of ISO9001: 2015 / IATF16949:2016 / ISO14001: 2015 / ISO45001:2018/5S.Perform other assigned duties.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
