RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading the Sales team members to achieve sales targets.Implementing effective direct sales strategies.Providing sales management, controlling the budget, and supporting sales activities.Establishing effective relationships with customers and collaboration with other departments.Training and coaching the Sales team to improve sales performance and productivity.Performing other assignments upon request. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar/relevant field. At least 5 year’s sales experience in B2B & 3 year’s Direct experience in project sales, logistics or similar to outsourcing services. Good English communication and writing skills.
