Client Marketing Assistant (1 year contract) Position ► Ordering of tools Facilitate the ordering cycle of direct mail and tools for Thailand market and liaise with Regional Client Marketing team for these aspects i.e., collaterals, brochures, gifts for customers, magazines, mailers, catalogues, etc. ► Report Monitor gift registration with retail team.Preparing ROI report for all gifting including client list and gathering feedback from retail team. ► Manage clienteling systems Data management: search, update, combine multiple accounts etc.Ad hoc checking of client records, purchase behaviour and other specific requests ► Events Support in event since preparation process.Assist in support at events hosted wherever is required. ► Special Orders Handle and manage special needs as appropriate.Liaise with Regional/Paris/Logistic on follow-up and delivery of gifts, magazines, etc. ► Administration Process administrative reports and requests submissions for managers.Support on any other ad hoc requests from markets or Regional/Paris related to client treatment. ► Oversea Client treatment Handle trip planning for all OCT with In-Store CDM team.Coordinate with Regional in all booking and planning.Handle Visa application process for staff and client by coordinating with travel agent. Profile ► Work Experience & Education University or College Degree in relevant field Min 2-3 years relevant working experience in the high-end niche market ► Skills Retail product knowledge is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills requiredKnowledge in SQL or CRM system is an advantageFluent in English both written and spoken is essentialAbility to speak Mandarin and a second language would be an advantageHighly innovative and creative with constant drive for improvement and a passion for customer centricityMust have strong interpersonal skills and project management skillsEnergetic and able to multitask, able to meet aggressive deadlines under pressure with limited resourcesOrganized, accurate and highly detail orientatedExperience in managing multiple projects and able to work independently and as a teamAbility to maintain a professional demeanor, working gracefully with others even when under pressure
